If you arrive by train:

The train station of Aix-les-Bains is situated to the west of the city center, an approximately 10-min walk from the Conference Center:

If you arrive by airplane:

 

From the UK and The Netherlands you might be able to fly directly to the nearby airport of Chambery. From the airport, probably the easiest way to get to Aix-les-Bains is by taxi (about 9 km, 15 min).

 

Aix-les-Bains is also well-connected to the international Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport, as well as Geneva Airport.

 

From Lyon Airport a bus will take you to the Aix-les-Bains bus/train station (1h30). From the station follow the walking instructions above to the Conference Center, or rent a taxi.

From Geneva Airport you can get a train that takes you to Aix-les-Bains in ~1h30. 

 

If you arrive by car

There is a paid parking garage near the conference center. Please check with your hotel for other parking possibilities.
